Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover accepted. Personal or
business checks accepted. $20.00 fee for NSF checks. If paying cash,
please request a receipt. Reservations guaranteed by 50% deposit, charged at the time of reservation. Deposit is non refundable and may be applied to a new date. Reservation confirmation number to be mailed via regular mail or email.
- Cancellation Policy: deposit is not refundable but may be transferred to a new date (if cancellation is received at least 3 days in advance). No shows or last minute cancellation will be charged the full rate.
- Room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests pay $20.00
fee. Children under 10 stay free.
- Unless otherwise arranged, check-in time is 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Pets allowed with $20.00 charge. Renters responsible for damages or pets'
related extra cleaning needs.
- Renters are liable for damages to The Outing Lodge's property. Smoking
in your room will result in a mandatory $50 cleaning fee. Use of oils
or rose petals in the bathtubs will result in additional cleaning or
damage fees. The breaking of glasses or any other object or furniture
will be charged at market value.
- Room rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- No alcohol might be brought onto the premises, including rooms. In
case of violation, The Outing Lodge's liquor liability insurance will
be withdrawn, and renters will be liable for alcohol related damages.
- During events renters are liable to a $500 fee for the consumption of outside alcohol in rooms. ( per contract)
- The house reserves the right to inspect the suites and call the local law enforcement agency to ensure that
these policies are properly followed.
