The Outing Lodge's Suite Rental Policies

Major Credit cards accepted. Bank charges fee for NSF checks TBD. If paying cash, please request a receipt. Reservations guaranteed by 50% deposit, or coupon redeemed & tax paid at the time of reservation. Deposit is non refundable but may be applied to a new date.

• Voucher reservations: print coupon and call with coupon number and credit card to reserve the suite. Not valid on holidays or event nights (theme dinners, weddings, birthday parties, or any other event night). Must pay tax with a credit card at the time of the reservation. Reservations cancelled up to 3 days in advance can be re-escheduled for a new date. Reservations cancelled after 3 days advance notice, will loose 50 % of coupon value (you will be able to re-schedule but you will be charged 50% the coupon value). Same day cancellations are considered no-shows (you will not be able to re-eschedule with that coupon: 100% of reservation is charged to your account, as if the suite had been occupied by you).
• You must present your printed coupon at check-in (otherwise the credit card on file will be charged the regular rate ).
• A Voucher reservation can only be placed 4 months in advance or less. Please, note: we will not accept Voucher reservations if they are for a date that is more than 4 months away. A Voucher deal is valid for suites 1, 3, 4, 6 & 8 (and it is NOT valid with suties 2, 5 , 7 and 9.)
• Vouchers may also be used as a "last minute-(same day) call" reservation, in this case, you must call before 1 pm and you may use your coupon for a stay in suites 1 to 8 (if there is openings).
• Please, note that suite #9 (Mercedes Benz) is excluded from Voucher deals and cannot be used for a Voucher reservation.

• Suite policies valid for all reservations:
• The Outing Lodge is a historic property with 9 suites. For this reason, every guest reservation is important for our business. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us 3 (three) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. In that case, you will be able to transfer your deposit to a new date. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds for cancelled reservations.
  
• In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days* notice, shorten your stay or cancel on a holiday or Valentines week, or any event night, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.
  
• *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings, for holidays & cellebrations (such as Valentines) and when rooms are contracted for special events, such as private weddings.
  
  Check-in: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Note: Check-in later than 10 pm may be subject to additional fees.
  
  Check-out: 11:00 AM.
  
  Pets allowed with $30.00 charge. Renters responsible for damages or pets' related extra cleaning needs.
  We are happy to accomodate children in our larger suites, but we must be informed at least one (1) day prior to check-in-in order to make the needed arrangements.
  Please, if you are doing your reservation by phone or online, note that your reservation will not be confirmed until is entered in our reservation system and we give you a confirmation code.
• When more than 2 guests occupy a suite, there is a $30 charge per extra adult guest. ( children pay only 1/2= $15.00)

• Renters are liable for damages to The Outing Lodge's property. Absolutely No Smoking inside the house; designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Smoking in your room will result in a mandatory $50 to $100 cleaning fee. Use of oils or rose petals in the bathtubs will result in additional cleaning or damage fees.


• Rates & policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods or events.


• For insurance reasons, no alcohol might be brought onto the premises, including rooms or parking lot. All alcohol consumed on premises must be provided by Outing Lodge.


• The house reserves the right to inspect the suites and call the local law enforcement agency to ensure that these policies are properly followed.
